Mildred Elizabeth MacGougan (James/Newfeld) of Drumheller, Alberta, passed away on Sunday January 15, 2017 at the age of 80, at the Drumheller Health Centre. She will be forever remembered by her children Deryl Newfeld (Lisa) and Wade (Sharon) Newfeld and her grandchildren, Bo Newfeld and Mistylee Newfeld, one sister Mary Ask as well as numerous nieces and newphews. She is predeceased by her parents Albert and Mary James, as well as one sister Edith Nesbit, one brother Albert James. Mildred was born on November 29, 1936 in North Battleford, SK. As per Mildred’s request no funeral service will be held. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alberta Lung Association. Condolences may be sent to the Kneehill Funeral Services located in Trochu, Alberta. The family will hold a memorial celebration of her life at a later date.
